Rex Wingate Eye Care Centre in Havant: serving the local people and business of Havant, Emsworth, Rowlands Castle, Denmead, Denvilles, Leigh Park, Bedhampton, Horndean and Portsmouth.

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Centre at Langstone Technology Park: helping to maintain the health of the people who work there. Treatments are not restricted to companies who use the Fasset Occupational Health Scheme but there is a 25% discount for those who do.

Paul Nelhams BSc, BOst.

Paul has a friendly and professional approach, and he takes his time to help people understand what is cause of your problem and then how to improve and maintain your own health.

He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008, then furthering his studies at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy and the British Institute of Osteopathy.  The study of medicine has been a lifelong passion and he believes in preventative health promotion especially learning how important the impact our emotions and stress can have upon our overall well-being.  Over the years he has gained many of these principles through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan, yoga and mindfulness meditation.

Paul treats a variety of problems the most common presentations being neck pain, back pain and sciatica, shoulder, hip and knee injuries.  Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual and a management plan is created taking into account each person’s lifestyle, posture and ability; providing advice on diet, ergonomics and exercise to maximise recovery to a better health.
